Financial record collection feature:

The 5DE application facilitates the collection of financial records for unsecured consumer loans. Participation criteria for these loans are as follows:

• Aged between 20 and 60 years, with a valid identification document
• Stable employment and sufficient capacity to repay the loan

Standard loan options for eligible customers include:

• Loan amount: from 3,000,000 VND to 40,000,000 VND
• Minimum repayment period: 3 months (90 days)
• Maximum repayment period: 36 months (1080 days)
• Minimum annual percentage rate (APR): 19.9% per year
• Maximum annual percentage rate (APR): 29% per year
• No additional fees charged to customers

An online loan application example includes a request for a loan of 15,000,000 VND with a repayment term of 12 months (360 days) at a 19.9% annual interest rate.

• Monthly bank transfer fee (charged by the bank): 13,000 VND
